Every time i feel unsafe, i think about you. I think about that time i sent you my location, and you stayed up with me, talking about whatever to make me feel less unsafe. You were miles away, but i still felt safe knowing one soul in this world knew where i was.
I remember every time we reached out for each other when we needed someone to listen. To just be there. We were so gentle with each other at times..
For some reason you became the only person that i could trust and i knew didn’t have a hidden agenda. You were real and genuine and when you said that you hoped i was doing okay, i know you meant it.
I miss you. I wish i could tell you. I thought it would fade away but the place you have in my heart is still there… sometimes i forget about it, but you’re still there. I listen to music you sent me, i hope you are happy and okay. I hope you reach out if you ever need to talk. You’re unblocked but you probably dont know.
Life has been hard, and i know i am strong and i know i always figure it out the same way you do, but i miss you.
