When you know you know. You feel right at home. I will always love you and it's safe with me. I was the first to hold you without hurting you. You are forever engrained in my heart and bones. You are my safe place. I’ve never been able to exhale until you. You held me as I cried tears of joy from being so safe. Anxiety does not exist for me when you’re around. Your presence is all I ever needed or wanted. I’ll stand here as many times as it takes for you to feel safe enough to come back and stay. I will never love another man.
