There’s a part of me that knows you were never the person I thought you were.. The first few months we were together you presented as a much different individual. So intentional. So loving. But things changed over the years and you became a stranger that I do not recognize. You claim I’m one of your favorite people but treat me terribly. You claim I know you better than anyone else but I feel like I don’t know you at all. We broke up two years ago and all I’ve wished is for you to realize that you hurt me tremendously and you can’t just come back after so many months and pretend like that never happened. We both had a lot of room for growth, but I don’t see any growth from you. I think getting back together and breaking up so many times to realize you are never going to change. Men never change.
