I feel at peace today.
I feel illuminated by the sunlight. I've chosen to step into it's truth, clarity, and purpose.
I've chosen me. I know my power. I'll continue to put in the hard work to reach my peak. But I know I have the ability, and feel my drive returning after receiving so many hits.
I feel at peace.
I even find peace in knowing that you are unlikely to return. This version of friendship may be all we ever have. And that's ok. I'm learning to adapt to the idea. Give it the space it needs, while allowing space for other things and other people.
It's been so long since I've sat in such serenity. I am going to make decisions that honour it.
Whatever that means. Wherever I'll be. And whoever I meet. I'm ready for it.
So, my dear mirror. I love who I see. I accept and am proud of who is there.
I'm ready for the next phase.
