Hi X,

I believe people like you work a lot, and at this stage, you require an executive assistant to manage your calendar, meetings, and other daily responsibilities.

I would hereby like to apply for the position of Executive Assistant.

My qualifications include:

1. I have absolutely no experience as an executive assistant. However, I know how to operate a computer, including Google Calendar, and am quite enthusiastic about following you around all day.  2. I am willing to work 24/7, provided I receive adequate attention from my employer. 3. I am highly skilled at identifying scheduling conflicts, particularly when work interferes with personal commitments. 4. I am willing to take on additional responsibilities, including reminding you to eat, sleep, and occasionally acknowledge the existence of other human beings.

Salary expectations:

Negotiable. I am primarily interested in the CEO's availability.

Availability:

Immediate. Unlike the CEO, I am capable of showing up on time.

Why do I want this position?

I've always been passionate about calendar management. Particularly yours.

Where do I see myself in five years?

Ideally, filing taxes jointly with my employer.

I look forward to hearing from you and discussing how I can make a meaningful contribution to your calendar.
