After everything that happened, even the parts you probably don't know about, I don't hate you. You spent eight years refusing to even look at me because of something you did and decided it was easier to push me away then to just talk to me. I know I had my part in it, but I don't think you realized, or just didn't care, how much it hurt me when did it.
Since then, I've seen you physically push your new friends so you could avoid me, the kind of thing you said you were afraid I'd do to you, and I've seen you storm out of a wedding because you saw that I'm with someone else now then spend the night ranting about this to them. This has gone so far that your mother has told my girlfriend, that, "I'm glad he has you now, because my daughter treated him like crap for years".
If you want to finally talk about all of this, thats fine, I don't think we could ever go back to being friends without it. If you'd rather spend the rest of your life avoiding me because its easier than dealing with the whole thing, that's fine to, I've built a life without you.
I don't hate you, but sometimes I do miss my friend.
