I wish you truly understood what you've done. Not only did you break my heart in a way I've never experienced but you took away my entire future. And why? Because you couldn't face that you have issues that cause you to sabotage your relationships? Because you couldn't feel empathy or sympathy? Because you couldn't deliver the love you so valiantly claimed you were delivering? Because you couldn't understand that affection, compliments, showing genuine care and respect, listening, and openly loving someone is part of a healthy relationship? Because you are an alcoholic? Or Because you cant see past yourself? Why? I tried so hard for you, for us, until I bled myself dry of any dignity I had left. I begged for your love, your time, your touch, your care and you didnt care. You tossed me out like yesterday's trash in an instant. I will never be the same again. I will never trust love again. You ruined my heart. I was good to you, I was loyal, respectful, kind, caring, all the things. I loved taking care of you. I bent to your will. I changed myself for you. I destroyed myself and my sanity for you. And for what? For you to do the one thing you said you wouldn't do in the beginning. You said you would never hurt me. You obliterated my entire psyche.
