I don’t exist in your mind anymore and you no longer look forward to my afternoon text wishing you a great day. You know longer care how my day has been and you no longer care about my eyes. You no longer want to see me and touch me. You no longer care about my sleep. You no longer care about me eating or not and you no longer care that I cried. You no longer care about what could have been.
You will never see any of this and that’s why I write here instead of sending you some meme in the hopes it will make you laugh or ask some random question that’s sometimes serious and sometimes not. It’s tough not to talk to you but I need to leave you alone.
I just wish I could say for sure that you ever cared or was it just lies. Did you ever intend to try or was it just you passing the time while waiting for something better?
The only thing that feels true right now is that you have forgotten me already and that I don’t exist in your mind or your life and will make sure I never do.
Soon I will say goodbye to all this but right now I’m just processing it all and grieving my last chance.
