I hate you for making me think this could ever be something. I hate you for strategically withholding the truth just long enough to make me fall for you. I hate that you knew how damaged I was and decided to play your games anyway. I hate that you ran away at the first hint of conflict and that your pride kept you from doing anything to resolve it. I hate that you gladly took and kept the power that I was so hesitant to give you just to watch me flounder. I hate you for continuing to use your cowardly breadcrumbing tactics months after you decided to block me and never look back. I hate you for your weaponized naivety and plausible deniability and I hate you for ignoring me when I chased you and I hate you for misunderstanding me and I hate you even more for understanding me so well just to deny me. I hate you for your annoying and extremely pointed subtext and puzzles that I’m left to ruminate over. I hate you for seeing me so clearly and making it known that you do just to leave me constantly guessing and wondering in agony if I’ll ever hear from you again.
