You were so sweet, saying how you felt like we got along well, that it’s been long since you connected with someone. I felt like we connected too so that’s why I took the risk and invited you. And you were excited, called and chatted and we started making the plans. Then radio silence.
If you didn’t want to go, you could’ve said so. If something came up, you changed your mind, whatever, say something! And the whole “I’m bad at texting” is such a cop out. And I get it, you work, you have a life, things come up, but it takes 30 seconds. And you’re still active online, seeing what’s going on in my life, but can’t spare a moment. I can’t believe you’re going into the military. I hoped that meant you’d have a backbone or some sense of integrity, but I guess not. You said you felt like you were so alone so often, maybe now I know why. Such a coward. Good luck.
