I didn’t block you out of hatred or malice or any other negative emotion. I blocked you because it was the only was I could heal and try to move on. I would just see you everywhere, sharing a song on Spotify with someone and your profile would show up, typing in “A” on Facebook or Instagram and your name would get suggested, even the book I’m reading has your name and it made me stop on the middle of the chapter because I would thing of you. I helped my friend set up some stuff for Halloween and she had a soda stream in her apartment and you were the first person I ever knew who had one of those. I reached out and told you how I felt and you essentially disregarded me by saying you’ll give the message the care it deserves but then couldn’t give me an actual answer. I know it was my fault and I broke up with you while I was on deployment, and I just ran away instead of truly giving us the chance. I do truly wish you happiness with your life, Nemo and Koda and any other animals you adopt, and partner. There is more I could say, but I’ve already told you in the messages I sent you over messenger.
