Therapy is hard on a good day. On a bad day, it's impossible not to be flooded with overwhelming grief about everything lost with the end of us.
This time last year my heart was filled with joy seeing both our families sitting around the big table. In our spooky house that was filled with the *********** of everyone present. Besides missing you, I miss you family. I miss the gatherings with good food and conversation. The laughter and love I was giving thanks for US.
Google photos decided to remind me with a photo of the two of us entitled "Once Upon a Time"
No "Happily Ever After"
Another hour of therapy to know I'm still not okay.
And that despite the time and distance I still can't unlove you. 💜
