Life can be very comical at times.
We both grew up poor with drug addicted parents and the love of our grandmother that kept us going.
Your whole life you chased money. What would make you seem successful.
I chose to chase happiness, no matter what that might be.
Unfortunately, we went our separate ways because my dream never involved being a military spouse.
It still seems you are chasing your dream. I dont know if you will make it but I do hope you find happiness.
At 28, I have found the wealth you still chase that I never needed. I wanted happiness though.
Dont think of me as ungrateful though. Something in my head just tells me that you were supposed to be the happiness and I was supposed to bring the wealth.
It is funny how things turn out.
Sometimes I think this is what people may mean when they say " be careful what you wished for."
We should have been more careful with one another.
In some ways, I have found happiness, though I still wish I could share that with you.
