I would exhort security to continue to find and delete any paperwork that mentioned it, or even the base ingredients. It is always better to be safe than sorry, vigilant and diligent. As for the Systems of Operation and Computation, this program is also new to me, it was hard to decipher and develop work arounds for my company's hardware.
I am certain that you can understand that because there were so many helpful staff trying to gain information about my company's systems for a proposed contract, I felt that it was too confusing, and I had to limit access for security reasons similar to your own.
There is also the issue that my company is not large, multinational, or even "modern". Some of the hardware just will not keep up with the system processing demands. My crew is also smaller, and needs time off with their families, this is more of an artisan spice business; not a manufacturing or information hub.
