I am so sorry that things are going poorly for you right now, and it breaks my heart to see you in so much pain. I hate the thought that I might be complicating or adding to the issues you are dealing with, but blaming me for actions and choices that are yours isn't right, and it isn't going to help either of us.

I keep finding your stitch markers all over my house to this day. Every time I find one, I pick it up and pop it right into my mouth and eat it. I've probably eaten over twenty of them at this point. I think I'll start therapy soon.
