Life goes on, with or without you. I still love you sooo much, and a part of you will always have my heart, but you made your choice and that’s really all there is to it. You do you, and I’ll do me. Just like you’re moving forward into your new chapter, I’m going to keep moving forward with mine.
Maybe one day it’ll all hit you. I don’t know when, because I don’t think you’ve really given yourself the time to be alone and reflect. But emotions have a funny way of catching up to you, no matter how much you suppress or avoid them.
Either way, good luck. Congrats on her moving in! I genuinely mean that. And just know you’ll never find another me, I’m one of a kind and well your loss not mine :)
