I was lazy often, I was terrified often, I was weak often and I was reactive often. I am responsible for myself and I put way too much of how I felt on you. We needed marriage counseling when we were together but we never took the plunge. We knew our own faults and wanted to live in the delusion that the other was to blame. I did love you but I recognize I didn't respect you enough to handle the damage that we were doing to each other. I really hope you're happy. Truly you deserve happiness. I didn't like the ending we were far too cruel to one another at the end but we're only human and humans are ugly when they feel threatened.
