By the way, I was never upset with you or felt like you “manipulated” me in any way, shape, or form. I was always planning to tell you about the information Mr. SketchPants revealed to me in regards to what might happen at the Krusty Crab, and about what I had told the rest of the kitchen crew in relation to their Krabby Patty secret formula.
Sucks someone else beat me to it. I’m sorry if that clown made it seem like I had any bad intensions towards you, your business, or its people, especially because I know that they used their own style of communication to relay the information to you (which I learned is most likely altered).
Honestly, I don’t blame you if you ever felt suspicious of me because I understand the super complex position you were/are in.
Please don’t worry and think that you somehow “triggered” a dark part of my past cause we both know this is completely different from what I went through. Do I wish you could have just been straight up? Yeah, duh lol but I also understand why you couldn’t and appreciate how you always kept things professional during our interactions, I really respect that.
The truth is, I’m competitive as ****** lol. It’s a blessing and a curse for sure but I really wanted to stand up for our people and the business in general because it didn’t seem like anyone else was going to 😢 I wanted to help you make real changes like change the data. I’m not trying to say that you aren’t capable, but results can surely improve when teammates are on the same page, flexible, and committed to their job (and that’s me ;))
I honestly didn’t know how to help with my goal because this system is still so new to me and completely different from another system I was used to. Which is why I was always so open and curious to learn about this one. Overtime I realized my goal is just not realistic :/and felt weirdddd vibes at the end, and like if I was being watched (not by you). I felt it was best to keep things peaceful for everyone and feel like I let you down, I’m really sorry.
