I keep going over everything in my head, I attempt to look at it all in a rational and logical way but then there is something not quite right, something missing, something inconsistent that makes me feel overwhelmed with confusion. Then I cry.
It should be getting easier for me by now, not harder, not more painful. It should be time for me to completely let go of that tiny bit of hope but I just can’t.
If you wanted to try again I would say yes because I know that we would work well together. But you disagree because all you see is my flaws. Logically you don’t want to try again yet if you’re that type of person then who I fell in love with doesn’t exist.
You don’t want me, you never did, and if I’m wrong then prove it before it destroys us both and hurts whoever you end up with.
Please prove me wrong and let’s try again 😔
